Where to Rent or Purchase Fishing & Snorkeling Gear
There are several places in Marsh Harbour that sell fishing gear. The most complete that I know of is Island Boy Tackle and Marine. Island Boy Tackle is the only place I know of that RENTS fishing gear. (If you know of another – please email me and I will include it.) It is in Marsh Harbour on Front Street past the restaurants and shopping. It will be on your left before you get to the turn for the Abaco Beach Resort (on your right). Island Boy is currently operated by Kevin Sawyer’s son, Caleb. You can What’s App Caleb at 1-242-828-3121. Island Boy also rents snorkeling and diving gear, and Caleb would prefer that you call ahead and reserve equipment. I hope to have an email address for him soon.
