Casuarina Point is a small, ocean front neighborhood of local residents and 2nd home owners. The white sandy beach stretches for miles, and the water is crystal clear, calm, and shallow. Protected by a barrier reef, the water is perfect for paddle boarding, swimming, snorkeling the reefs and blue holes, fishing, kayaking, shell collecting, and exploring nature. There are so many things to do right in the neighborhood, and the 16-foot Carolina Skiff is the perfect way to experience the area.
This GREAT video, created by one of our Kokomo guests in May 2018, has some amazing drone footage of Casuarina Point and his experience bone fishing in the area.

Here is an aerial photo that I took from the scratched window of a Bahamas Air flight to Nassau. I could not believe how good it came out – and I don’t even have a very good camera! This was taken at low tide and it give you an idea of some of the great bone fishing flats in our neighborhood.
