This property is not a part of Abaco Palms Properties, but it belongs to a close friend of ours.  He has 2 beautiful homes in the Great Abaco Club, a gated community inside the Abaco Beach Resort in Marsh Harbour.  Each house will have two boat dock – and one of the docks at each house will handle boats up to 55′.    It is a GREAT location in the Sea of Abaco, and we are happy to recommend this property.

The living room has a vaulted ceiling, plenty of seating and a large screen TV.
The dining table seats 6, and there are 4 more seats at the bar – plenty of seating for dining.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room, so the cook is never left out of the party.
The Master Bedroom features a kingsize bed, windows facing the harbour, and a door to patio.
The Master Bedroom’s Ensuite Bath has a spacious shower.
